Since you're using a phone, I'd highly recommend Artflow. Very minimal user interface that gets out of the way of your drawing, has pretty much everything you need in a digital art program, good brush customization tools. Medibang Paint is excellent too (it's also free) but the interface isn't nearly so svelte, so it might not be a good choice for a phone.

I tried learning this same inking styles months ago, it was a painful experience, wasted half a month and couldn't barely reproduce at all, so I went back to focus on regular lineart and painting

Lineart is harder to master and is more time consuming by default, only retards or courageous people still waste their time trying to learn it nowdays when you can get way more results by doing quick paintings, which take 1/4 of the effort and half the time

The stupid thing is the gigantic gap between Pro and Prodigy, when easily all the prodigy could be paid to draw, and even some of the tier below could too.
Getting jobs is more about knowing which area you wanna act, having a consistent style you can finish in a short amount of time and having a good network so thats relative as fuck, some people are terrible mechanically but still get paid to draw.
