I've gotten the impression a lot of people view his work the same way I do. Basically I look at one of his pieces and go "it's really sweet how he rendered those rocks in the background, imagine what a creative person with storytelling skills could do if they had those skills".

Basically I don't give a fuck about his "art", but I admire his rendering chops and shape design.
