The only anatomically-focused books I've read is Bridgman's Constructive Anatomy, but honestly my grasp of anatomy is actually pretty bad. I still use prompts for poses, references for hands/feet etc., but I only get away with making my shit look passable because it's so highly stylised and exaggerated, and I'm a slut for clean lineart which leads to protracted construction, and it's just not efficient.

If you want to do better than me than just don't do what I did and skip your fundies. I ended up in an awkward position where I actually managed to develop my own independent style before I really knew how to draw properly, and I really wish I'd done it the other way round, the proper way.

when you look at this tomorrow youll probably feel like the legs look strangely manly, that's because of the way they diverge. an easy way to get feminine looking legs is to have a thigh gap and to then have them meet at the knees
also, dont give knee landmarks the same thickness as your other lines, thats symbol drawing. when you look at knees irl you dont see sharp contours on them
look up some art you like and try to imitate the shading and gradients if you color it, flat colors are lame
