How much practice is too much?

I subscribed to NMA and I feel I am regressing from too much practice and not enough "real" drawing

Practice is what you call your subpar drawings AKA mistakes/experience.

You are wrong. Stop trying to weasel out of doing the mileage.

That's what I mean, I'm making less subpar drawings and spending too much time grinding concepts

theres a point after youve done a bunch of studies where your creative work may appear stiff and unappealing. you're only adjusting to the new information you've absorbed.

i know its frustrating but this phase passes

What do you mean by practice? What is real drawing to you?

grind real drawing concepts.
fag.

Practice should = learning. If you practice and don't learn then you are either not focused enough or are using a bad source to practice from, like a misguided YouTube tutorial.

So you are really asking, how much learning is too much learning? The answer is none. Knowledge is power. Good art is about intelligence not muscle memory.

Post work before and after. I really doubt you've gotten worse if you are seriously practicing. I think maybe what's changed is you've gotten used to putting more time into a single thing because you want to keep doing studies. This has happened to me.
