No of course not. I myself have a course on Udemy so I know how it works. He made little to jack shit for the amount of time recording, editing and planning. Nobody pays full price on Udemy they use coupons distributed on facebook or affiliate sites or affiliates themselves bring in new students at a very very very discounted price.

So basically a 3rd world shitter is taking your "hard earned" course for $5 and you get $2 from the sale. Now about those numbers. It isn't exactly over 1k >paying< customers. A lot of students brought into Udemy are free students who don't even engage with the content. Basically fluff numbers. His real income each month would be AT BEST roughly $70-$150 per month consistent with $200 being in the holiday season (if he puts in the work to advertise that is). Udemy does not give you free students.

It's more work to get yourself a constant flow of new people than troubling yourself with the shit pay.
