Had about 500 on my old deviantart account.
Drew some fanart like pokemon and warriorcats stuff (Bookseries).
Also drew alot of adoptables. And was posting my art in hell of alot of groups. The group feature on deviantart is really awesome for exposure, wished more sites were this social.
I'm certain I would have gained even more watchers if I'd just kept at it but it felt rather empty :(

Maybe 500 after 2ish years. I draw a lot of questionable stuff and mix porn in with my regular doodles, it doesn't help I never take things much farther than the sketch stage. If I decided to do porn/cute shit exclusively and marketed myself a lot more I'd probably get to the point where I could take commissions.

just by posting art, tagging it, sometimes posting the blog on /ic/.

I'm hoping for the day when it takes off but so far it's just slow and steady. Notes are increasing but new follower count has averaged out to about the same rate since I started.

All I do is draw pinups of anime and video game girls, in my weird manga-inbred-with-somewestern-influence style.

I guess these people like that.
