They're simply bad character designs OP. Take some character design classes or study up on it. They're very bland and tell you practically nothing except they're black I guess??
You don't really try to incorporate shapes into their designs, so they aren't all that eye catching at all. They also have very bland, unappealing color palettes.

They're trashy character designs you MIGHT see in a late 90's trashy cartoon. I'm being honest.

Creating characters is fun as hell, but if you just throw shit together, it won't really look all that great without knowing the fundamentals behind it.
