I love this one. The shading is particularly nice on her face. The nose and eyes are beautiful. I think, however, that her face and body don't seem to match. Maybe refine the shading on her arm to match the shading on her right cheek? I think you could also tie the bottom and the top of the photo by including clouds to match the stark white shirt.

Stop using black for shadows. It's flattening the volume of her face, and overall dulling the image. This is why live models are always better, photos are colors that are already dulled by the digital process and limitations of the gamut inherent in digital photography. But you can still approach is as an artist, and not use black, and see cool hues of purple and green and reds in the shadows. This is art, not xeroxing, you have to look at what's there, and also use your skills as an artist to put color back in, and to use color as a tool to emphasize things, or diminish them.
If you're using the color picker, you're defeating the entire purpose of the exercise, and won't learn anything.

I didn't get the symmetry right so I kept trying to fix it by bringing in the face here and there. Ended up with a slimmer face than the reference.

I don't really have any experience using charcoal but I was getting the hang of it by the end (maybe).

Actually they have a gray tone, only it just does not look. They even look whiter than paper, which is impossible because I only used grays and didn't make any background. Having the drawing in front that does not happen, the cell phone camera makes it look a little different. Although I'll keep it into account for the next time. And by the way, thank you
