Perspective is the most important thing in the beginning, I get it. Should I go for Perspective Made Easy by Norling, then go for How to Draw from Robertson and then How to Render? Can these 3 books give me everything I need in order to produce full-fledged art?

Yes that order is fine but perspective is something you'll want to work through again and again until you fully grasp the concepts, breezing through the books once won't be that helpful.
They shouldn't be ALL you read though, supplement them with books on anatomy or whatever else you want to draw or paint.
