with practise could i be a abstract artist? i did this in ms paint in less than 30 seconds. if i put effort into my art could i make something gallery worthy?

You don't need practice to be a successful abstract artist, you need networks.

To be an unsuccessful abstract artist all you need to be is pretentious, no skill required. So I recommend you spend time practicing thinking of contrived 'deep' explanations for your work.

Sorry anon, you just don't get it. You see, the choice of medium reflects the anguish of today's technological society. In our busy, complex modern world anonymous has selected a simple, even 'old fashioned' technological medium, depicting a return to the simple roots of the digital world. It juxtaposes the modernity of digital art with the old, even antiquated. I think it speaks to your pedestrian understanding of art and society that you'd take such an honestly embarrassing stance on the piece presented in the OP.
