Not by watching it, study it.
I'd recommend studying through copying or tracing manga.
Do real life studies as well so you know how to draw the bodies in angles manga won't show you.

If you are trying to draw manga, watching anime will help you get better if you're studying while watching. You can only get good by putting in the work though.

Contrary to what /ic/ says; Yes, you can (Just ask "Bahi JD") as long as you put in the Time Effort to draw as well as those Anime artists you love so much.

If you sit on your ass drawing the same generic 3 quarters view anime head all day you will never improve. You have to constantly push yourself out of your comfort zone. Remember this and you will improve.
