I know this is pretty shit, but someone else asked me to draw them, so I was wondering if I may get some comments on this drawing, so it can help me in this other drawing. Anatomy, proportion, shading, or anything else that can help is welcome.

If you are a guy let me say this. This girl is not going to fuck you. She didn't ask you to draw this... You told her you could draw and then you hinted that you would draw her hoping she would be impressed. She either will be impressed or act like she is and then instantly forget about it and start reading texts on her phone. Do not pin your hopes on some harpy nailed slut giving you back pats, read the sticky and start simpler drawings focusing on basic shapes rather than copying a photo. Also post in the beginner thread.

In all honesty, I kind of knew that in the back of my head. I should've just took the 30 bucks and gone my own way. I waived the fee and made myself look like a cuck. Let's not do that again.

Alright, thanks for the feedback.

In all fairness, though. I like men a lot more than I do women. Would I put my hopes on this harpy nailed slut? Probably not. Would I put my hopes on a harpy nailed fag? Maybe.

I just draw celebrity women because I don't like to show people my artwork so I probably wouldn't draw a girl I know anyway

It wasn't really that I knew her intimately. She asked if I could draw her, and I was like, "sure".

Whose a celebrity you tend to draw the most, or tend to focus on the most?

You know I came to ask for a critique, not for an off topic and personal remark. I'm just asking for an objective critique, so let's just keep it at that.

I'll give you that I should do simpler drawings, and I'll give you that I shouldn't have copied from her picture. But is there anything about the actual picture that needs work?

He's >>3253351 not trying to offend you. Don't be so defensive about it. It's actually good advice. We've all been there.

Critique:
There's not anything specific about the drawing I can critique except that you need to work on your basics. Lines are wobbly, shading lacks contrast and doesn't convey forms(contour lines). Lighting and overall perception of space is poor which fails to convey the illusion of 3d space; this is further exacerbated by the lack of texture. Though, i don't think your friend will care about all this. I think it'll be good enough for her.

Darker shadows
The eyes don't match the curvature of her head
Don't "color" with your pencil, it makes the blacks look shiny, try doing it with thin, light and little lines
The nose look kind fucked up, it's supposed to be a trinagle on a sphere but here it look like it's poping akwardly from behind her hair
Try controling you pressure on the pen, lighter lines, you ain't writing and don't be scared to shade a lot more, force yourself to see shadows be do them from lighter to darker, if you take time on your art I think you can get something pretty good

Also>>3253351's right.
