What do you do when you're getting tons of work and can barely keep up with the email-marathons while also delivering on deadlines?

Is that the moment you get an agent? Hire your gf or an indian assistant? Tell clients to hire your friend instead and take a 20% commission?

I kinda hit the ceiling for now and trying to figure out what to improve on next year.

As far as I know, singaporeans and flips do a good enough job. Stay the hell away from "outsourcing" sites like fiverr or people per hour. The cuts the site takes are not worth it. Use the respective country's craigslist and paypal
