There are issues. If you don't know how to fix it, ask for help. I have found, most people, despite their perceived harshness or cruelty, will be willing to help if you are unclear. If the critique is not true, then you are being tricked and you need to let it be. It is very rare that you will ever receive truly wrong critique though, and most of the time other anons are quick to point out the mistakes. /hand movements

The key part of this process is to remember that this is your work. You saw its beginning and to the stage, you showed me. Through this process, you have become connected to it, in one way or another. It can be difficult when someone mocks or devalues it, but it is important to remember that they are disconnected from it and that you too, need to distance yourself from your work every now and then. /hand movements

If someone calls your work out to be lacking ("its shit" "sticky" "stop now please" "polishing a turd" "go back to fundies") instead of retaliation, distance yourself from your work for a minute. "why do they think that?" and "are they right?" and as painful as it may be to be taken down a peg, for the most part, they will be. You cannot be mad at them for being brutally honest because most time, brutal honesty is what we need. /hand movements

This is what I have been trying to do since my beginning. I knew I was bad, but I was, and still am, so hungry for knowledge of my flaws so I can work on them. so much so, I can freely distance myself and look at my art from an outsiders point of view. I don't get angry when someone calls my work shit because, After a minute of thinking from their point of view, I can see my flaws. You understand me? /hand movements
