Asians are known to have flat skulls, although this is an extreme case. Her eyes are protruding over the bridge of her nose which makes it looks like her face is concave. Google asian vs european skulls.

not ideal, idealized and it's just one idealized version among others
but yeah, the bridge of the nose has almost no depth and the mouth is protruding instead of receding behind the nose. to top that off the lower jaw protrudes under the upper jaw (prognathism)
