What's a good free animation software?
Don't need anything fancy. Just someplace to easily upload my drawings and adjust the BPM timing.

Photoshop kinda does this but it's a headache.

Krita is too unstable

Photoshop makes it so you have to hide an exponential amount of layers for each frame and I don't think you can limit the framerate to 24 fps (at least not in the CS5 version I'm using)

CSP is ok but also ties frames to layers like Photoshop which is annoying as shit.

Adobe Animate is probably the most user-friendly and you can use it to program games but it still has the worst vector brush on the planet as far as I'm aware.

ToonBoom is good but pretty complicated

Haven't tried TV Paint so no comment.
