Whenever I come back here I end up spending more and more time having to sift through and hide these pathetic drama and crab-bucket threads than I do actually finding something worth reading.

you go to russian classical architecture/drawing uni, there you take all the basic courses on anatomy, projectile geometry, shadows and colors. You draw countless greek statues, naked dudes, naked fat women, shadowed cylinders and spheres and architectural elements. Then you chose your speciality and meticulously perfect your instrument. After 6 years of this grinding you switch to drawing cute anime girls like no one else does. This is how you get as good as him.
