>put a sharpie marker dot in the exact center on your expensive as fuck computer screen. Yes I'm serious. It will help you mentally oganize what the fuck is where, what is analog and digital, what is actually your true top layer, visual organization is key for (seeming) professional.

It's way more enjoyable to take the reference you're using and change it in some way.

Also should I continue on this or start over? I don't think I'm good enough to clean it up and feel like I'm polishing a turd because my construction was bad.

We would have won the biggest local tournament (I'm aware of) back in 200...9(?) But our shot caller lost a 1v1 in the last, tie breaking round after a couple hair-raising back and forth games. Bummer! Good times though!

Because the face and overall rendering isn't up to what I want yet, and if I tried to finish this right now I'd either be unhappy with the final result or I'd take up hours trying to fix it. I'm certain that if I want to amp up my ability to render and draw faces it'd be faster to do so by studying from reference images rather than trying to wing it like I'm doing now. At least that's how it looks to me right now
