I really wish we had dedicated mods and janitors. Even on the few occasions when they do show up, they don't know the board culture well enough to tell shitposting threads from real threads, so when someone starts a thread that most people recognize as shitposting based on in-jokes or the board's history, the mods aren't able to see them for what they are.
