I have had interactions with patients face to face. Perhaps you know, but the commonality shared isn't how wrong the logic they have is per se, but a strong fixation on a premise that alters the reasoning process. It becomes selective for evidence in favor of the premise and filters out the rest. This is actually a fairly common behavior in the population though generally found in more acceptable forms and only to a lesser degree. It is considered an illness if it interferes with daily life, otherwise there might as well be nothing wrong.

I won't call any premises false, but here's something to think about. Humans are a set of walking biases. With a single point they can reason into any direction without stop. It's possible to consciously maintain multiple branches of reasoning both in favor and against whatever it is to avoid this.

I don't post on this board so I can't tell whether this is bait, but if it isn't then I wish you good luck. For many it's may only be a time of transition before the brain is finally done changing and things stabilize. But afterwards it's up to you to either take control of your life or risk letting it become your identity.

On topic, OP, how much do you trust artists to be their own bosses? I love drawing, I really do, but artists are the most unreliable pieces of shit. I can count the number of Kickstarters that went well on my hands. It's risky to make big investments in them. I think that $5 tier is very reasonable, but I would be hesitant to go past that.

I tend to look at every subject from as many angels as possible. The world is very, very grey. I like to question what people consider inherently good and evil. I look beyond simple cause and effect. Relax and try to get some perspective away from things. You're on a board originally created for discussing chinese cartoons with denizens known to be hostile to others. I advise avoiding stimuli and all social media for at least a few days. Broadcasting to the whole world about your issues on social media achieves nothing. A helpful mindset I know that someone else has had in becoming healthier was realizing that certain thoughts were a waste of effort/time because there was no difference whether a conclusion was true or not. Do you think what you're doing right now is a good use of your time?
