I get that it's your style and all but everything is too distorted

Face is long as fuck and the arms and hands are tiny like a child's, it doesn't match. I also can't tell what his expression is. Is he happy? Worried? Is that even a smile?

It's not that the arms are short, its just that the use of foreshortening isn't as clear as it could be. More shading could help that - probably. I like everything else though. Beware, a lot of /ic/ doesnt like stylization, especially anything like the tumblr nose(I like it's use in media though, the rapunzel cartoon for example) How long did it take you to complete? I'd say coloring is your strong suit btw. You spent 80% coloring eh?

stylization in art is a great thing, but it's important to understand anatomy BEFORE you attempt to heavily stylize your art style

a lot of self-proclaimed cartoonists that i know absolutely refused to participate in our anatomy classes, and their art looks like the same shite they were drawing their first year in the class lmao

overall, its not bad and your color theory is fairly decent; the main thing you struggle with is anatomy, perspective, and light sources.

dont give up, you have a lot of potential!

You don't stylize until you have your fundamentals down. Stylizing a poor foundation looks like garbage, I'd know because I do it. I certainly don't post it here though.
