6-8h is what they work in the industry, and a lot of them draw more than that. just draw as much as you can while staying focused. if you're just drawing for the sake of putting in time, don't bother. make sure your working hard at all times or it's mostly pointless putting in big hours

What is your daily drawing schedule like?

What resources do you use when working on each drawing subject in your schedule?

I want to start drawing at least 4 hours a day but I won't be able to make any real progress if I don't make myself a schedule and stick to it.

I could make a schedule but it wouldn't be very useful to you because you are not me.
If that's too vague for you, your schedule needs to be personalised to your abilities, using someone else's schedule isn't smart.

Want to git gud OP? Do this:

1: Read Perspective Made Easy and do all the exercises.
2: Read How to Draw by Scott Robertson, watch the videos and do all the excersises.
3: Read Figure Drawing by Andrew Loomis and do all the exercises.
4: Read Figure Drawing by Anthony Rider and do all the excersises.
5: Read Drawing the Head and Hands by Loomis and do all the exercises.
6: Read Figure Drawing by Michael Hampton and do all the excersises.
7: Read Force by Michael Mattesi and do all the excersises.
8: Read How to Render by Scott Robertson, watch the videos and do all the exercises.
9: Read Color and Light by James Gurney and do all the exercises.

There you go, with 4 hours of focused practice a day (don't check your smartphone every 30 seconds) this training will last a whole year or more. Also you need money to buy the books, an intuos pro, a good PC and drawing materials like ellipse templates, A3 sketchbooks, etc.
Don't forget to attend life drawing sessions in your town regularly.

After you complete that just do what you want for a while, explore styles, expand your visual library with things you like to paint or draw.
THEN make a list of the things you are not good at and want to learn and get to it.

Why do you think you'll ever pull it off if you can't be assed to do the simplest preparatory stage for learning? If your roadmap to 'git gud' is waiting for someone to spoonfeed you every step of the way you're in for a bad time.

Because like all good marketing it taps into what people wish for, such as the ability to "just do it".

But nobody actually just does it, anon.
