You've got some work to do bud, but you'll get there. In between recreational drawing, definitely spend some time drawing from photographs of figure models to tighten up your knowledge of anatomy, facial features, proportions etc. In time, it will unconsciously inform everything else you do.

I like the face a lot, try getting a bit more clean lines, it feels like they're messy and all over the place, watch out for feet as you've drawn the right lef without perspective, while the left one is in perspective. this makes the right leg look really flat and awkward

Cute. I always feel like conical subjects like horns coming towards the viewer pose a pretty tough perspective problem and I'm not certain your picture solves it unfortunately-but it's pretty close. Just note how the one horn extends above the mass of hair on the skull and the other doesn't quite make it. There's also the matter of the relationship between the shoulder and elbow of both arms. The shoulder of the stage-left arm is super round and pronounced in a way that suggests the arm's being raised slightly, but its actual position in space is relatively lower than that of its counterpart on the right, as is the elbow. Nice colors and patterns. Her tiddy look a bit asymmetrical because her bottom-most breast doesn't look like it's following along the sternum as it should. Simply raising the position of the cleavage very slightly and adding a small amount of girth to the base of her would fix that. I think the piece has a cool aesthetic overall, though.

Abdomen and chesticles look a little off. The base of the chin and jaw isn't completely delineated from the neck like that and the clavicle should be a bit higher towards the neck's insertion point. For what it's worth your penmanship is pretty good
