Not exactly like that. Its was obvious porn would be made out of a shit copy cat game that attracts mainly attention with tits and asses. They don't need to dirty their hands to make it themself.

You just have to get the conditions right so it can happen and thats easy to do. Just make it very easy to port and get your hands on models of the "hot girls". Then you will have porn.

If they are doing this blizzard has the clear legal right to dcma them. , even without that they could argue the porn is hurting their brand.

That still won't matter. Porn is classed as parody, you can't argue that a parody should be censored because it is "hurting your brand". That'd be like saying that a joke some comedian made about you should be censored because it "hurt your feelings".
Yes, the content is porn. No, the fact that it's porn isn't the reason Blizzard could smoke these peoples asses in court.

The REAL reason they're doing this is actually crystal clear.
These idiots have been using the 3D models, ripped from the game, to make profit through Patreon. They aren't even trying to hide it either. Had they been more discrete about it, Blizzard probably wouldn't have cared. Even just using them for reference while doing hand-drawn animations would've sufficed.

I'm convinced this is the reason because the PG-rated models that aren't nude also got caught in the drag-net, but then Blizzard backed down on that and restored them in the Steam Workshop.

This whole case would be a very easy win in court for Blizzard when it comes to the fair use act. The fact that profits have also been made would also highly strengthen their case, because the content being made isn't even "limited or transformative", it's literally just the official Overwatch™ game assets being used for the entirety of a porn scene, which is then published for profit.

That's a fair point but I'm am unsure if porn is qualified as parody or not.Like I don't see the porn as making fun of or criticizing over watch like robot chicken would do, it's more like they are creating a different form of entertainment with their ip at least to me.

Any media qualifies as parody, regardless of the medium.

You don't have to "make fun of" or "criticize" something for it to count as a parody. It's far more open for interpretation than that.
Merely covering it from a different point of view, eg. saying "this is my parody of what it would be like if all the characters from this tits and ass - the game, were sitting around having a huge orgy 24/7" would be more than enough.

A parody can be as small as just introducing characters from one game into anothers universe in the form of a short animation, or as large as doing things such as the porn being made in SFM.

The problem of course is that you usually make a parody from scratch, not by stealing assets from the very thing you're making content about.
You can feature a small amount of them in limited use, or a transformative approach (eg. an iconic sound effect used once-off, or some art from a banner in-game re-purposed to look defaced or torn up)...but that's barely been the case here sadly.
