First one has better colors, second one seems more defined, which is strange since its a surreal piece.

Maybe try using less harsh outline? I could see that improving your figure.

Also use less paints. Try to work with a somewhat more limited palette.

I actually like it, fuck the haters. Good cold warm balance in I, the brushwork isn't over worked. Use a toned ground and less strokes, would look cleaner. Also avoid the mud on the chest, high chroma and clean!

Some of your brushstrokes are nice. I always wonder why you don't stick to abstraction because your figures suck. Reintroduce the figures when you've learned to draw them.
