Get some actual paper; no real point in posting your artwork until you know exactly what you want to improve on.

Don't bother with loom is at the moment, I'd say keep doing what you like to draw, but sparingly do excercises. (Drawabox for a example)

Don't do too many of the, or rush them, also try drawing real life stuff while you're at it.

Only critique I would give is that you're being lazy; you aren't looking at what you're drawing enough.

I am only recently aware of symbol drawing and what it means, and while I have been trying to ignore objects and break everything down into shapes instead, its a slow learning process. Its pretty good, but you should avoid arcs in the hatching like plague. it really ruins it

if you want two suggestions, you should train on clothes folding and gestures. the dress tails don't bend right and the left leg orientation is wrong, meaning a human couldn't really pose like that. overall its really pleasing to the eye though so keep going into this direction.
