you develop a personal style as your work improves. you can't train that

unless you meant manga stuff in which case just search 描き方 (how to draw) and 講座 (tutorials) on pixiv. I'd really recommend toshi for anyone starting out. Also copying manga /illustrations you like help a ton too.
