I'm not going to bother finishing this turd because I'm bored of it, but I figured I should at least make a list of fuckups. So far I have: shitty composition (it was supposed to be a portrait but it turned out really dull), perspective is off, placement and shading of some of the hair makes no sense, the shading on the body could use some work, the mouth is at an angle it's not supposed to be at, the left shoulder is fucked (I think it's too high?), and everything is just too messy in general. Also, protip: do not paint over your lineart like a tard.

Are you genuinely this blind? Did you bother looking up the artist I mention? The style is exactly the same. Everything from the coloring technique used in the last picture he posted, to the hair (even the overlapping is exactly the same), to the costumes, facial structure, expressions, etc.
There's also the massive difference in skill shown in drawing the face and hair, compared to the lopsided body.

You don't see the blatant similarity in the facial structure between these two?

note, manga/anime eyes still follow the same basic form as realistic eyes, they're just usually placed lower on the head and elongated upward. (and rounded/sharpened depending on the style)

don't get caught up in doing "manga" eyes, just do eyes in general and stylize them.

I think the main problem, aside from some anatomy and perspective issues is that the pose is really static.
I did a green line to show a bit more of a dynamic pose, my anatomy is shoddy so don't reference that : ). Redline anon did a good job pointing out the anatomical differences, but even still his figure seems stiff.

Proportions! Her breasts are too small in relationship to her ass, especially knowing the ass is further behind. They look unnatural too, which can be a useful tool in stylization but rather comes off as improper knowledge of anatomy in this case, knowing they are hanging. Overall the relationship in between the pelvis and rib cage makes little sense. Don't forget they are unified by the spine. Hampton said the line of symmetry should always be a C curve when the ribcage and pelvis are facing the same direction. The deltoid on the right is positioned improperly as well, mostly because the muscles surrounding it aren't depicted very well. But really, the spine and the landmarks' relationship to it should be your primary concern. Other than this it's looking pretty good, I love the expression!

in manga studio 5/clip studio paint you can set brush size to not only pressure but velocity, so you can simulate the bleed that happens when you slow down/hold your pen/marker down on the paper. takes a bit of fiddling to get it feelin right, but it's super neat

The second character's right hip would have to be even with the first character's right hip for that to work, meaning that they're standing in a very awkward, unnatural position. The character's would have to have their bodies pressed together, and the first character's arm altered a bit for that to make any sense. From where they're both standing the first character's left hand resting on the second character's right hip would look much more natural.

Trying something new for con sketches. Did the rough sketch with a C1 Copic marker and then went over that with a Zebra Brush pen and a Copic Multiliner. Then more Copics. Done in about 20 minutes.

It's mostly good, however, the thing that looks the most out of place is the arm touching the face. It looks a little tucked in. I'm also not too sure where the waist's width ends, or if it's just a crease in the clothes, but if it's where it I think it ends it's much too small and she would end up with a hunchback.
