The original picture is nothing amazing, but it has a nice gesture and line quality you totally missed. It takes a lot more skill than it looks, sorry to say.

And that's why im a structural welder and not an artist. Even if I practiced a lot I doubt I would be as good as the lower 1% of deviant art. I like to doodle, but I'm well aware not any good at it

I know I could practice, but I'll browse deviantart or watch my uncle work on his art, and all I can think is that there is no point. I'd rather doodle and enjoy it, than spend hours practicing to never be close to as good as other people
