Where are you having trouble? Just use the opposite hand. Try closing one eye as you look at it, then that removes the depth so it simplifies whats in front of you more, like a flat photo if thats easier for you to procesd

I just got trouble looking at my own body parts because I cant keep them steady enough to draw them right, also I want to learn how to make different types of hands, otherwise all of my characters will have the same style of hands

A lot of people don't recommend Hogarth because his stuff is very stylized unlike Loomis. I personally love Hogarth but I replace his figure with a Loomis head. His stuff just feels very alive.

Speaking of the hand. It always reminded me of those creepy old wizards, villain or Disnery antagonist. You can easily take his formula and make a much cleaner one.

Personally I love his dynamic hands book and his method. The thing is you don't copy his hands you try to understand how the hand works. Of course it's stylized so we could analyze the gestures and the flow of each phalanx but you don't have to stylize your own drawings of hand. It's a pity that so many people can't figure out the value of his method
