why not just have people donate money to some paypal account and then buy it. Or something. Or just have someone buy it and scan it, since so many people have wanted it for so long. It's only $28 bucks. Trust me, having a physical copy is much nicer than having a digital copy. Plus, if you spent money on it, you'll feel more motivated. It's much more motivating to have a physical book next to you than having the pdf laying around somewhere in your downloads.

I'm not really looking for educational art books, but cool collections of work by a particular artist or from a particular game or something.

The Art of Katsuya Terade, Kim Jung Gi's Sketch Collections, The Art of Vagabond, any of Hayao Miyazaki's artbooks, any of Disney's artbooks, The Art of Alice: Madness Returns.
The latter two go through the concept, idea-making, and design stages of the movies/game so pick these if you're also interested in these steps. If you just want to look at pretty pictures, get the first four I mentioned.

Still working on this. Admittedly it's not much different than the one in the op with the exception of the filing system, some stuff added and some stuff cut. The focus so far is less on concept art and fan books and more on just technical books though I wouldn't be averse to adding more fluff later.

As far as I know you can torrent just about anything that's been posted so far with some exceptions perhaps. I feel it's good to have as much of this stuff in one place as possible and well-organized as you might find something you didn't know you wanted. Gnomesaiyan? One thing I like about Mega in particular is that it's fairly fast with no "peers" required. Torrents have a way of outright dying on a nigga over time I've found.

I also have some movies that are freely available on youtube on there as well to be quite honest. One of the reasons for that is that some users might want to barricade themselves away from the internet-at-large but still have access to this kind of stuff (I am one of those for example).

gen.lib.rus is the biggest tracker for ebooks there is, i use it all the time, never got any malware.

i downloaded it now. it's volume 1, no cover page, true, the scans (probably not actually scans but just a conversion from source) are pretty solid. see pic related
