try to draw then realize you haven't practiced so you suck? well its the same reason you're a failure at life and will never amount to anything, because you're a lazy sack of shit who thinks everything should be provided to you on a silver platter instead of working your ass off to get the things you want.

Truth. OP, you bother because you want to be good at drawing. If you continue to bother, if you continue to push yourself and learn, then eventually you will improve. Alternatively, you can give up. You can quit.

The next ten years will pass no matter what you do. Either you can be great at drawing then and have made things that would blow your present self's mind, or you can be filled with regret. The choice is yours.

Only one thing that can help you. Lots of practise. You're not quite at the level where studying anatomy would have much of an impact, so just draw a lot.
It's also important that you try to think logically when you draw. Try to understand what you're doing wrong. Look up specific problems and try to find solutions. Even if your solution doesn't work immediately, keep trying, and go outside your comfort zone.
