Yes I can confirm. Not that often though, mostly because after a couple dozen hours the image is old and busted to you, just like how you'd feel about any porn drawing if you stared at it for hours on end. But after a while during a fap session I might pass by it and give it a go.
My theory is that people who go "oh I could never fap to my drawing it's like a son to me" are most likely just very bad at art and of couse they can't get hard to a shitty drawing.

For the lineart I use Photoshop with LazyNezumi stabilizer. Then use a group mask or individual layer masks to remove any unwanted overlaps and stray lines.

To color the lines (after base colors/rendering if you want), duplicate + merge the lineart group and color it with a clipping mask.

I did a thing, the face is the most standout-bad part, but the hand needs some attention as well. Also the dark black outline you put around her, especially her hair is kind of blocking the image from looking 3 dimensional. Think about where the light is coming from, and in that direction there will be less of that dark/ black outlining on her muscles/hair. Other than that the body is good and I like it. Good luck!

Construction on it looks pretty good for the most part. The ears are wrong though. And the eyes can use more structure around them. The space between the eyebrows is massive too. Otherwise it's pretty solid. The main complaints would be that it sort of is androgynous, like it looks like a tomboyish girl? And the values/temperatures can use some tweaking.

No. If you really don't see shittiness of your drawing, it means that you lack in your perception department. It means that you need more experience of perceiving things. To get better in this you need to see more art, this is VERY important for every artist. Thats how you extend your visual library, and will be able to see mistakes on your own. But you must look at good art, if you only look at shitty porn pictures alll day, then you won't get anywhere. You can study art history, which is exelent at teaching you those things. And study it over and over and over again.
