Think of the head as a cube, right now the face is flat especially how we are seeing the ear. Try not to cover important landmarks such as the corners of the eye sockets with hair. The shoulders are not proportioned in relation to the head they are too broad. The neck does not align correctly with the ear again this is because the head is flat draw it in perspective in order to successfully foreshorten the head and be able to tell what is in front of what and what part of the head is behind.

Study linear perspective and start to understand how a head is affected by perspective just like a cube is.

I don't know why you would stand like that (even posing) unless you had an affliction, like pigeon toe or knock knees or something.
I know it's portrayed frequently in female character design, and perhaps you're just simulating that.
I'd suggest you angle her knees and feet forward instead of inward. Because you're conveying contradictory traits in her design and pose. She's got a very open (outward) and offensive character judging bu the top half, her facial expression seems pretty self assured, or cocky even. But her lower half, her legs, convey the opposite: Inward, insecure, and weak.

Just try to angle those knees and feet less inward, and you'll see a more unified pose that conveys a more believable character.

Her arms are off too. The one at the back going behind her is positioned strangely, and the front one is very small. Her shoulder isn't large enough either.

Made this for shits and giggles for /m/ draws but I actually tried to put in effort. I already know that the head doesn't much fit on the body very well, and I'd like to get some help with that. Also, I have had trouble finding references of the body and head controposed with the head at profile, specifically showing the back of the body. it looks alright now, the only thing i can say is that it looks a bit stiff, because she is in such a dynamic pose, but her spine is curved upwards. She should be leaning more forward. But it's not a biggie, you can leave it the way it is now if it's too much of a bother.

Yep, I agree. It's popular and the story is too long for the /a/utists to keep watching, because they sperg at everything that's longer thank 24 eps, but I really like it. It's funny, it's sad and it gets me involved. The reason /a/ hates naruto is the same reason /v/ hates CoD, TLOU and such, it's because it's too popular for it's own good. looks like everybody got inspired by that midna drawing, it is pretty nice.

Get off the pc, draw everyday in a sketchbook, fill 10+ pages with gestures, life drawing, studies, form and line excercises, notes from the books and videos you are learning from, you name it, it can be a regular notebook, just ignore the lines, after a month of just doing that, come back to the pc.
>tl;dr: it's about volume of work and daily effort, not about how much time passes and what you draw on.
