For gestures you didn't do to well. They're not bad drawings, perse, but they are bad gestures. Gestures are quick, no more than 1-2 minute drawings meant to solely capture the movement of the figure. Yes, you can build form upon them if you wish, but your process is all wrong. I don't see any dynamic lines or basic construction. You basically just chicken scratched your figure using the right side of the brain technique. Your drawings also fail to demonstrate any sort of movement. They look like figures that are fixed in their position (in which you did a fantastic job of drawing what you see), rather than a capture of their position in motion. To do the latter, you must emphasize and manipulate what you see in order to make the motion believable. Drawing what you see is the easy part, but taking what you see and then emphasizing/manipulating is the hard part that most artists fail to grasp. Even the masters did some form of emphasis in order to capture the life of the figure better. I would recommend reading Force: Dynamic Life Drawing For Animators to get better at your gestures, as Matt Mattesi spells out gesture techniques in a simple manner that makes you "get it". If you read/watched Villpu, you clearly didn't understand what he was getting at about gesture, and Force will help you better understand gesture and capturing motion.
