How do I have fun drawing again?
I draw something while studying Loomis or something and at first I love it because I improved a little. Then I compare it to other artwork I notice that I have a long way to go.

Also I have this fear of not knowing my artwork is shittier than it is- how do I get rid of this fear because it's getting in my way of practicing.

Try not to get too attached to the end result of your effort and learn to embrace the process of getting your ideas onto paper. Accepting that it doesn't matter that people will think your drawing is shit will free you up to enjoy making it. If you can't have fun making a shitty drawing, how will you ever get good enough to have fun making a good drawing? Especially considering how many shitty drawings it takes to get good.
