15 minutes are more than enough time for a quick and simple drawing, but you can learn a lot more from a sculpture like this with complex muscular anatomy if you take your time with it. I get the value of timed, quick gestures and simple drawings, but there's also a lot of value in doing thorough studies that take more time. It's up for everyone individually what they want to get out of this, so for OP to try to impose a time limit is just stupid imho.
