Don't bother, please. This is exactly what Deathelm does, posts some shit - defends himself against every critique by claiming "it's not illustration it's concept art."

He doesn't know shit about fundamentals or value, that painting you posted is great - deathelm has no idea how to reproduce something like this, he posts bastardizations of tanks through photoshop and calls it a masterpiece.
