Is pretty good is you want to a political/editorial cartoonist.
Some people will tell you that Chis Harts book on cartooning are good but that is debatible.

The method I promote is to study from cartoonists you like.

Those aren't Chris Hart.
The worst thing is that these books are actually some of the best-selling 'drawing' books. and People who don't know better buy them, and it teaches them bad habits that they'll have to work to correct later.
Hell, even my art school library has Chris Hart books. I'm considering asking them to remove them, in case some poor sucker picks them up
