Okay, I'll throw myself to the wolves here...

Let's say I'll offer $400 for a single work, a cover illustration for a book (with a promise for more work if the first goes well). I'm looking for a traditional design, with a Decadent/Symbolist style to it similar to Beardsley or Mucha, with color. Would anons on here have the skillset to do this?
