Started trying to learn how to draw after coming across this general 2 weeks ago.

What's the best program to use? Sketching this on a bootleg copy of SAI, but I can see that most people use CSP or PS here. I really don't want to get used to SAI if there's better alternatives. Because I'm still new to the whole thing, I feel like now's the best time to learn how to use a program anyway.
