/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

I've been drawing this design for myself from a while now, however I struggle with the last bone (the one that's being pointed with a blue arrow) Could some of you fix it? or give insight on what to do? I'm desperate, I've tried everything and it always ends up looking like this, without detail and shitty. I'm not sure if this is the correct thread though, I'm a newfag on /ic/.
