You have improved a lot since the last time I saw you friend. Good job at that!

On his particular piece I think you went in a bit too hard on the the dark spots of the AO where it clashes with the lineart, more slightly lighter midtones in the dark areas will help with that.

Otherwise you could vary the green of the dragon more. For example giving her more reddish colors could vary up the body. Reddish is subjective in this sense, what I mean is that colors appear differently based on the context/surroundings around them. In order to have the green appear to have reddish we can simply use the magic of digital tech and move the color wheel towards the red areas into the yellow-green and and yellower areas. And it will appear like she has a reddish blush and the places here she is groped. You could pick color manually or use the Overlay layer setting and use a weak red on it. (I did that one most of the body where I changed it) But do not go overboard with because it pops out a lot so keep it light!

Another thing I would change is to make her expression softer and more sensual to show more emotions, I also added her hand on the head of the guy to show that she is inviting him openly. These small things can change a lot about the entire feel of the picture. I also removed the lineart from the boobgrope area to make it look softer.

As usual keep practicing your anatomy you will improve further!
