Yes but feel free to tweak it however you want. Dress her up, down, less tan, more feminine, reinterpret the effects of the potions if you'd like, i.e. TNA.
Bear's a gag character, so fitting the mood of the scene is more important than keeping a consistent design.

Kinda like a 50's salesman, he talks like he's about to try and sell you something. Not over the top but friendly and a bit archaic.

He's an otaku NEET and loves junk food. Can be competitive and brash if provoked.
