Are there entry level jobs for the film industry? Or is it basically, you become a junior concept artist, then a senior concept artist.
Can you go from environments or texturing to a concept position?

What's the ladder in this industry? Is there one?
Obviously you become manager eventually, and or anything else bigger...but then you're not doing as much artwork.

But where do you start position wise?
