stop using airbrush, thats gonna help for sure. theres a ton of tutorials on soft shading and rendering, even on pinterest. also consider changing your hues in light and shadows (picrel is an example)

same advice, dont use airbrush, also control your lineweight because the neck outline is thicker for no reason. watch some tutorials about cel shading im sure they gonna help you a lot
