Change your attitude. It's that simple. If the problem is that you're grinding too much and don't feel like you're drawing what you actually want to draw, stop grinding and draw what you want to fucking draw. If your issue is that when you try to draw what you want it turns out shitty looking, then change your mindset to one of growth, look at what you're doing wrong, then work on that and try it again.
Every shitty drawing you make is literally a stepping stone to making a good drawing and any time you spend drawing isn't a waste of time. Think about it, if a drawing you drew comes out shitty, you literally have until your inevitable death to just try it again and get it right.
And if you're a vindictive shitty fucking asshole troglodyte who's never seen the sun (like every retard on this god forsaken hell hole) and your only enjoyment is feeling a smug sense of superiority over others, imagine it this way: by simply taking the first steps to becoming a better artist (actually putting a pencil to paper and fucking doing it) you are infinitely better than THOUSANDS of other people who WISH they could be an artist and don't want to put in the time. And even if you are not better than those thousands, you eventually will be because every second you spend drawing is a second they aren't.
Oh and also, if it's difficult for you to see what is wrong with your work, identify it and then work on that, just post your work here (or preferably another art critique forum if there is one) and someone more experienced than you will be able to identify it for you and help you with resources to improve.
