/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

I finished this a few days ago.
It's far from perfect, but I'm really happy with the results considered it's my first time making an original (not the character of course) anime drawing.
I tried matching the Konosuba style, but I also modified some stuff, like the line work or the details on the hands.

I finished my first original drawing.
Can I get some honest critique?

Things I already know:

-When I flip the canvas the face looks off to me but i can't figure out why. It just looks bad, even for the Konosbua anime standards, which are all over the place.

-The pose is quite stiff and overall the image is boring, with the character just standing around in an empty field

-The way she grips the staff is a little unnatural with the spread apart fingers.

-I didn't learn how to properly do the wrinkles in the clothing.

Overall I'm happy with how it turned out, but I know that it could also be much better so I appreciate any advice.
