Don't be afraid to use guidelines to help with angles of objects and the relation to one another, sometimes certain objects can be found either on the same line if you draw one out or very close to one.

You can see where the lip crease ends compared to where it falls with the inner edge of the eye, where the neck comes down from the jaw in relation to the outer edge of the eye, the angle of the eyes and eyebrows, and how much the nose hangs off the face in relation to the chin and lips.

You may find other ones on your own that are helpful as well, so use what you can to make the best drawing you are capable of.
