With line art that complex you need to stick mostly with simple flat colors/washes, maybe some subtle shadows and highlights. Be careful with your color choice or else it will muddy up the detail and interest of the linework you did.

If I were to color this drawing I'd try emulate how Katsuya Terada colors his linear drawings. Your drawing is actually very similar to alot of what he does.
